I would like to tell you that I've made a PE goal and plan.
I would first like to share my PE goal. Well, my PE Goal is to do at least 50 sit-ups every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
My plan to accomplish it is to do the sit-ups at about 5:30 p.m.

Fitness Journal
Nov. 23 - Last week I was not impressed because I didn't do sit-ups on Tuesday. This week, I will try my best do do sit-ups on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Nov. 30 - Since I did not did sit-ups on Nov. 17, I decided to do it on Friday, Nov.27. :D
Dec. 7 - I can't believe I didn't do sit-ups on Thursday! I probably didn't do it because I was to busy playing computer games! :(
Dec. 14 - I'm starting to forget to do sit-ups because I keep playing computer games everyday!
